DRAFT — PROFESSIONAL LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE RELIANCE.
Users must not use Chromatic Engines services to compromise security, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, overload public compute, submit unlawful workloads/content, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, evade rate/queue limits, or use another person's credentials.
Public demonstrations are intentionally limited to conservative workloads. Users must not attempt to transform a demo route into benchmark-scale or heavy compute through direct API requests, request mutation, identity rotation or other circumvention.
Licensed access does not authorize attacks on the service, reverse engineering beyond rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, removal of notices, credential sharing beyond licensed limits, or unauthorized redistribution.
The final policy should define enforcement, notice/appeal where appropriate, emergency security actions and jurisdiction-specific prohibited-content/use categories after professional review.
