This supplement applies to standardized per-engine Pro licences unless superseded by a separately negotiated written agreement.
Permitted commercial use
The customer may use the licensed binary internally for commercial purposes only within the engines, versions, machines, thread limits and entitlements shown in the licence record.
Distribution boundary
A standard commercial licence does not authorize redistribution, resale, sublicensing, hosted resale, embedding/OEM distribution or delivery of the licensed engine to third parties unless an explicit entitlement and separate negotiated agreement provide otherwise.
Source and IP
Source access, exclusivity and intellectual-property ownership/transfer are excluded from ordinary checkout. They require separate written negotiation and a specific rights grant.
Support, updates and service levels
Any support, update or SLA commitment must be expressly stated; none should be inferred from a tier name alone.
Compliance
The customer remains responsible for lawful use of its own workloads, data and outputs. Export/sanctions, sector-specific and third-party-data obligations must be reviewed where relevant.
