Permitted purpose
Use is limited to research, evaluation, education, benchmarking and other non-commercial purposes expressly allowed by the entitlement record. It does not authorize production/commercial exploitation.
Engine scope
Access is limited to the engines, versions, machine count, thread limits, download rights and other entitlements actually recorded on the licence. Violet4 remains a Research Preview and carries no claim of experimental validation.
Results and publications
The final agreement should clarify ownership of customer-created results, publication/attribution expectations, benchmark disclosure requirements and treatment of confidential pre-release material. No ownership transfer is assumed by this draft.
Prohibited rights
No source access, redistribution, sublicensing, OEM rights, exclusivity or IP transfer is granted unless separately negotiated in writing.
Conversion
Commercial use requires a separate Commercial/Pro or negotiated licence before that use begins.
